Acidizing the salt form of the active ingredient in NEXIUM 40 mg Tablets. Inactive ingredients include microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, talc, sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium starch glycolate, sodium lauryl sulfate, stearic acid, hypromellose, titanium dioxide, lactose monohydrate, and magnesium stearate. Inactive ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, methylparaben, polyethylene glycol, povidone, pyrrolidone, sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium lauryl sulfate, and stearic acid. Each one of these inactive ingredients has been selected to optimize the absorption of NEXIUM 40 mg tablets. Inactive ingredients that are added to NEXIUM 40 mg Tablets include glycerol, glycerol dihydrate, magnesium stearate, purified water, and colloidal silicon dioxide.

They contain a modified version of acid reducer ingredients that contain magnesium, aluminum, or iron salts. Nexium Control Capsules may also be used alone or in combination with other acid reducer medicines such as, Zantac, Benzoic, Zyrtec, Lemonffector, Lemontech, Lemonic acid or Lemonic acid/rindactinol. Nexium Control Capsules should be swallowed whole with a full glass of water or other fluids to prevent acid build- up.

Nexium Control Capsules should not be taken within 3 hours of any wakesfulness or light. Having a change of contraception should be considered in women.
